About The Liberality Foundation

“Over the last couple of years, the Lord has been speaking to Folake and I regarding being a ‘blessing’ (Genesis 12:1-3) and being ‘rich in good works’ (1 Timothy 6:18) to our immediate community and the society as a whole. We have been waiting on Him for His final signal, and we sense and believe the set time is now!

I remember back in 2017, on the 19th of September, we once waited on the Lord in intense prayer. As we prayed, we wondered what he had in store for us as a family in the coming year.

We heard the Spirit of the Lord within us saying that ‘the earnest expectation of the creature is waiting for our manifestation.’ (Romans 8:19). This was a tall order, but we chose to believe God. The Lord was very emphatic that he intended to make us a ‘generational blessing’ and that in ‘us shall all the nations of the world be blessed.’

Later on, in 2018, whilst still waiting, we heard the Lord say, ‘The liberal deviseth liberal things and by liberality shall he stand.’ (Isaiah 32:8). It became clear to us that the time to start devising liberal plans had arrived, and we were to give to others from what He had given us. And from that time of fellowship and conviction came ‘The Liberality Foundation (Olusola & Folake Omole) Charitable Trust.’ The Charity is duly registered with the Charity Commission (Olusola & Folake Omole Charitable Trust)

In meditating on these things now, we feel inadequate at times, but His words spoken through Apostle Paul concerning the Corinthians bring us great assurance:

‘Now I want you to know, dear brothers and sisters, what God in his kindness has done through the churches in Macedonia. They are being tested by many troubles, and they are very poor. But they are also filled with abundant joy, which has overflowed in rich generosity. For I can testify that they gave not only what they could afford, but far more. And they did it of their own free will. They even did more than we had hoped, for their first action was to give themselves to the Lord and to us, just as God wanted them to do’ (2 Corinthians 8:1-3,5).

We too have given ourselves to the Lord, and we are persuaded that this is the mind of God for us. From what he has given us we will give to others without reliance on other peoples’ funds and without cajoling anyone for funds. Yet we know that as we are obedient to the Lord, He will quicken the hearts of men towards His project.

Please note that this is not a money generating scheme of any kind, nor is it a church initiative effort. This is purely a new phase of God’s agenda for our family as we seek to be a ‘generational blessing to the nations of the world’ starting right were we are in the UK.

Additionally, this project is without detriment to our personal giving to other as aforetime from time to time as God will have us do. Ever since we first met Him a number of years ago, sharing of what He has blessed us with has become second nature.”
